Over the last 25 years, Dr Mohamed Gouali has compiled a career at top roles, gained in Investment Banking, Management Consultancy, and High-Tech industry.
Mohamed was previously CEO of OVA Investment (Dubai), Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Al Mal Capital (Dubai, and Riyadh), Managing Director and Head of M&A, Investment Strategy, and Special situation group at Al Rajhi Capital (Riyadh), Managing Director and Head of M&A, and Restructuring with YSIM in New York City, Partner and Head of ICE with KPMG Consulting in Paris and London.
He has been pivotal in recording more than thirty billion dollars of transactions in Corporate Strategy, M&A, IPOs, Restructuring, and Capital markets.
Dr Mohamed Gouali holds a PhD (summa cum laude) in Physics from Paris-Saclay University (France), and is graduated from Harvard Business School and HEC Paris.
He has authored the best-seller book: `Mergers and Acquisitions: the 3 rules of success”. Ed: Eyrolles, Paris and a forthcoming book about Investment strategy, to be released soon in USA.
